Learn two of the most fundamental skills in tricking and acrobatics: the butterfly kick and aerial! Taught by Mike Hom and Nick DeCola of Vertigo Tricking, we’ll run the class through safe progression based training from zero experience to doing aerials and butterflies on the floor! More experienced athletes can dive into advanced techniques like the butterfly twist. The workshop will be held at All Star Athletic Center located at 6 Alvin Ct, East Brunswick NJ.

Open to all ages and skill levels! We recommend coming in athletic attire.
